Bambu Lab P1S — 3D Printer

The Bambu Lab P1S is an enclosed CoreXY FDM 3D printer with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume. It suits models, prototypes and functional parts, with AMS editions for automatic colour and material changes.

Enclosure and cooling

The P1S includes auxiliary part cooling, controlled fans and an activated-carbon filter. Its enclosure helps manage printing conditions; it is not an actively heated chamber.

Materials and upgrades

Bambu lists PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, PET, ABS and ASA as suitable, with PA and PC possible under their specific requirements. Abrasive or fibre-reinforced filaments require appropriate nozzle and extruder-gear upgrades. Check AMS compatibility for each material.

P1S
Printer without an AMS unit.

P1S AMS Combo
Printer plus first-generation AMS, 6-pin/4-pin Bambu Bus cables and 2 spare filament cutters. The official package includes additional filament samples in random types/colours.

P1S AMS 2 Combo
Printer plus AMS 2 Pro, 4-pin Bambu Bus cable, switching adapter, filament buffer and PTFE tube coupler. This is a different system from the original AMS.

What is in the box

Printer, stainless steel hotend with nozzle, build plate, unclogging pin tool, power cable and accessory box. Bambu states that the base-package PLA sample with spool is not included in the AMS 2 Pro Combo.

Compatibility and useful details

AMS 2 Pro offers active drying through the corresponding system and power supply; first-generation AMS does not offer active drying.

Maximum speeds and temperatures are specification limits, not recommended settings for every material. AMS units, consumables and optional accessories are included only where explicitly listed.
