We take pride in crafting every item with care and precision.
Processing times vary depending on the type of product:

• Keychains, Standard & Chrome Funko Pops, Neon Frames, Lightboxes:
  1–2 business days for preparation and dispatch.

• Custom Orders (personalized figures, custom neon frames, unique designs):
  1–2 weeks depending on project complexity and queue.

• 3D Printing Materials (PLA, Resin, etc.):
  3–8 business days production time depending on stock availability and print requirements.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Times

• Greece: 1–3 business days via BoxNow, ACS, or ELTA Courier.

• European Union: 4–10 business days (tracked delivery).

• International (outside EU): 7–20 business days (may vary by destination).

Note: During holidays or high-volume periods, slight delays may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and product type.
Free shipping promotions may apply for selected items or order totals.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
