Compare Bambu LabThe Bambu Lab A1 is an open-frame FDM 3D printer with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume for larger models, figures, organisers and functional prototypes. Automatic calibration and active flow compensation help prepare each print.

Consistent extrusion and easier preparation
The nozzle pressure sensor enables active flow compensation. Linear rails and vibration compensation support fast motion, while motor noise cancellation reduces operating noise. The printer also connects to the MakerWorld ecosystem.
Choosing materials
PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA are listed as suitable materials. ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PET and fibre-reinforced filaments are not recommended for this open-frame design. Flexible materials require a separate check of feeder compatibility.

Compatibility and useful details
AMS / AMS 2 Pro / AMS HT connections require the additional AMS HUB SA013 according to the current official page. The A1 Combo sold here includes AMS lite.
Maximum speeds and temperatures are specification limits, not recommended settings for every material. AMS units, consumables and optional accessories are included only where explicitly listed.
